Help NOFFS Help You

As you may know, the Navy Operational Fitness Fueling Series (NOFFS) was launched in Summer 2010 and is currently being implemented across the enterprise.  NOFFS includes structured fitness programs designed to improve a Sailor’s operational performance through proper exercise techniques, injury prevention and nutrition.  The NOFFS program has been taught to Navy MWR fitness professionals at eight training sites around the world.  After attending one of these training sessions, these individuals were then to return to their Commands as certified NOFFS Instructors enabling them to educate CFLs, ACFLs and others in the proper implementation of the program.

We are in the initial stages of expanding the program with 3 new workout series.  While the NOFFS program focused on operational performance, the new additions will focus on specific special interests (e.g. strength or endurance) providing the Sailor with a complete fitness system tailored to their fitness interests.  As part of this endeavor, we require feedback from our MWR fitness professionals that are NOFFS instructors and the Sailors that they have trained and/or have participated in a NOFFS workout.

In order to receive this feedback, two surveys have been constructed and are located on the Navy Fitness, Sports and Deployed Forces Support website.

The NOFFS Experience Survey is directed towards Sailors and other customers that have participated in any format of NOFFS class or workout. NOFFS Experience Survey:
